eGain Corporation (NASDAQ:EGAN) announced that Achmea, one of Europe’s largest cooperative insurance and financial services groups, has chosen its AI Knowledge Hub™ and AI Agent to modernize knowledge management and accelerate Achmea’s transition into a Digital Insurer.

Knowledge Management Challenges
Achmea aimed to build a future-ready knowledge capability delivering a single, trusted source of truth across all channels. The company required a solution to scale with evolving customer expectations, support digital and self-service growth, integrate with existing CRM, agent desktops, AI (LLM/RAG), IVR, and virtual assistants, and utilize analytics to optimize outcomes and track performance.

Comprehensive Enterprise Deployment
The eGain deployment will provide 21,000 users with AI Agent licenses, including 8,225 Contact Center Users and 12,750 Enterprise Users. Over 26,000 documents will be integrated into a centralized knowledge base, offering consistent, compliant responses across Achmea’s insurance, financial, and banking operations.

The solution is designed to unify Achmea’s knowledge ecosystem by enabling AI-assisted experiences for contact centers and enterprise teams.
