You will be given notice that your call may be recorded, and by proceeding you agree to allow us to monitor and/or record your call. Device Information. Information collected via these advertising campaigns is used to generate sales and gather useful marketing information. Our sales team will make direct sales telephone calls to individuals who have shown their interest in our products and Services via different banner advertisements with the objective of making sales. We call our existing subscribers to re subscribe them to our Services. By submitting their information an individual agrees to the marketing and sales initiatives. We would be sending e-mails to individuals who have shown interest in our products and services .

Affiliates. Kalkine may also allow banner advertising for its affiliates, related parties and other business verticals, the contents of such advertising will be governed by their respective terms and condition, privacy policy and disclaimer which may vary from this Privacy Policy.

Marketing. We do not rent, sell, or share information about you with non-affiliated companies for their direct marketing purposes, unless we have your permission. Our email marketing is permission based. We make reasonable efforts to protect your information by using physical and electronic safeguards designed to improve the security of the information we maintain. Your Choices:

Marketing Communications. By subscribing to our Services, you consent to being sent news and offers related to your subscription or that may suit your interests by Kalkine or by other related companies. Accuracy and requests for access and correction of personal information:

We will take reasonable steps to ensure that the information we hold about you is relevant, accurate, up-to-date and complete.

You can request that we provide you with access to information we hold about you or ask us to correct any personal information we hold about you that is out-of-date, incorrect, incomplete or misleading. You can update your contact details by logging in to your account. You can also contact us by submitting a request in writing to the address set out below. If we are able to, we will action your request within a reasonable time frame (usually no more than 30 days) following receipt of your request.
