TEVA PHARMACEUTICAL INDUSTRIES LTD (NYSE: TEVA) has moved Anda, its U.S. distribution business, from the United States segment into Other Activities. The revised presentation took effect January 1, 2026, and applies to segment reporting for the quarter ended March 31, 2026.
Anda Reclassified Across Teva’s Reporting Structure
Teva aligned its internal financial and segment reporting, along with its reporting units, with the revised structure. Updated segment information spans business disclosures, management discussion and analysis, and notes to the financial statements. The presentation also changes how Revenue and segment information are described within those areas. Teva operates through United States, Europe and International Markets segments, while Other Activities includes Anda, active pharmaceutical ingredient sales, an out-licensing platform through Medis and certain contract Manufacturing services. The recast is limited to reportable segment information and related disclosures. It is not an amendment or restatement of the previous report. Teva said its consolidated balance sheets, statements of income or loss, comprehensive income or loss, changes in Equity and cash flows remain unchanged. The United States segment continues to manage Teva’s full product portfolio in the region, including generics, biosimilars, over-the-counter products and innovative medicines. Teva’s global network consists of approximately 34,000 employees.
