Faraday Future Intelligent Electric Inc. (NASDAQ:FFAI), the California-based global electric mobility firm announced the appointment of three new executives: Steven Park as Head of Investor Relations, Todd Harrington as Deputy General Counsel, and Kevin Voong as Corporate Treasurer. These appointments aim to enhance the company’s legal, financial, and investor communications capabilities while supporting operational efficiency and strategic initiatives.

Executive Profiles

Steven Park – Head of Investor Relations

Steven Park has more than a decade of experience in investor relations, having led an IPO and coordinated investor-focused events. He has collaborated with both sell-side and buy-side institutions, providing industry trend analysis, strategic guidance, and investor engagement.

Todd Harrington – Deputy General Counsel
 Todd Harrington has more than 20 years of legal experience, including seven years in private practice followed by in-house roles. Before joining Faraday Future, he served as General Counsel at a cybersecurity software firm.

Kevin Voong – Corporate Treasurer
Kevin Voong has extensive global finance experience, including roles at Toyota and General Electric, and most recently served as Vice President of Finance at Veros Credit. His expertise includes financial operations, risk management, M&A, strategic planning, budgeting, corporate governance, and implementing financial technologies.
