Brand Engagement Network Inc. (NASDAQ:BNAI), a leading innovator in AI-driven customer engagement technologies, announced its first-quarter results and strategic business developments for the period ending March 31, 2025. The quarter marked significant progress in product innovation, international expansion, and regulatory advocacy.

A key milestone was the official launch of the iSKYE AI platform, BEN’s customizable solution designed to embed artificial intelligence seamlessly into existing enterprise workflows. iSKYE delivers a comprehensive AI toolkit, including 3D customizable avatars, a robust rules engine, and built-in mechanisms to reduce AI hallucinations, ensuring reliable and context-aware interactions. With enterprise-grade security and low-cost deployment, the platform aims to provide businesses with full control of the user experience while maintaining high compliance standards.

BEN also made notable strides globally, partnering with Swiss Life Global Solutions to deploy generative AI across insurance services. The partnership targets enhanced delivery of digital health, mental wellness, and financial services, and aims to automate insurance sales, reduce customer service overhead, and improve client engagement with AI-powered tools.

In addition, the company announced the expansion of its strategic alliance with Vybroo and Grupo Siete, focused on deploying AI-powered brand ambassadors and conversational voice agents across Latin America and Southern Europe.

Reflecting its broader commitment to responsible AI development, BEN also played an advisory role in supporting California’s proposed AI privacy legislation, introduced by Assembly Member Carl DeMaio. The bill seeks to prohibit the offshore storage of sensitive user data and is aligned with BEN’s advocacy for closed-loop AI systems that prioritize user trust, data security, and regulatory compliance.
