The combined company will operate under the name Blaize Holdings, Inc. and began trading on Nasdaq under the ticker symbols “BZAI” and “BZAIW” on January 14, 2025. The Business Combination, approved at a special meeting of BurTech shareholders on December 23, 2024, begins a new period in Blaize’s growth in bringing artificial intelligence to the edge.
