Revenue Up 65%, Led by Repair and Acquisitions

Revenue for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 was $449.1 million, up from $272.1 million. Repair revenue grew 149%, or $147.2 million, and distribution revenue grew 17%, or $29.8 million. For six months, revenue was $773.7 million, up 46%.

Operating income more than doubled to $49.0 million from $22.5 million, although amortization of intangible assets rose $12.0 million and acquisition, integration and restructuring costs rose $7.2 million. Net interest expense was $5.2 million, and a $4.5 million loss on debt extinguishment came from replacing the previous term loan. The effective tax rate was 27.3% versus 15.1%, which the company tied to acquisition costs and a prior-year valuation allowance reversal. Net income from continuing operations was $28.5 million, more than double the prior year, while diluted shares rose to 31.4 million from 20.7 million. For six months, net income was $57.6 million, or $1.94 per diluted share, against a loss of $0.28.

Outlook and Disclosures

The 10-Q gives no numerical guidance. Management said cash, operating cash flow and the credit facility should provide sufficient liquidity for the next twelve months and thereafter for the foreseeable future, including capital expenditures and dividends, although dividend payments are subject to annual restrictions in the credit agreement. It said control structures at Aero 3, NorthStar and PAG have been modified to fit its overall framework and that it will keep evaluating the need for added controls. Disclosure controls were judged effective, and the filing lists no legal proceedings.
