Quarterly Dividend Declaration
Amgen Inc. (NASDAQ:AMGN) declared a quarterly cash dividend of USD 2.52 per share. The dividend carries a record date of February 13, 2026, with payment scheduled for March 6, 2026. The announcement followed the company’s Q3 2025 financial results, during which Amgen reported total revenues of USD 9.6 billion, representing a 12% year-over-year increase.
During the quarter, product sales increased 12%, supported by 14% volume growth, partially offset by lower net selling prices. GAAP earnings per share rose 14% to USD 5.93, while GAAP operating income reached USD 2.5 billion, translating to an operating margin of 27.6%. Free cash flow totaled USD 4.2 billion, reflecting working capital timing and lower interest costs.
Amgen reaffirmed its full-year 2025 revenue guidance of USD 35.8–36.6 billion. The dividend declaration aligns with the company’s ongoing capital allocation framework, which includes regular shareholder distributions alongside operational spending and pipeline development.
Cash Distribution Update
Enterprise Products Partners L.P. (NYSE:EPD) announced a quarterly cash distribution of USD 0.55 per unit for Q4 2025. The distribution represents a 2.8% increase compared with the prior year and is payable on February 13, 2026, to unitholders of record as of January 30, 2026.
Enterprise operates an extensive North American midstream energy network, encompassing natural gas, NGLs, crude oil, refined products, and petrochemicals. Its asset base includes more than 50,000 miles of pipelines, over 300 million barrels of storage capacity, and 14 billion cubic feet of natural gas storage.
In addition to cash distributions, Enterprise repurchased approximately USD 50 million of common units during Q4 2025, bringing total unit buybacks for the year to USD 300 million. The partnership has utilized 29% of its authorized USD 5 billion buyback program. Enterprise is scheduled to report Q4 2025 earnings on February 3, 2026.
One-Time Stockholder Distribution
HeartCore Enterprises, Inc. (NASDAQ:HTCR) executed a one-time stockholder distribution following the divestiture of its software subsidiary, HeartCore Co., Ltd. The distribution amounted to USD 0.13 per share, with an ex-date and record date of November 10, 2025, and payment made on November 17, 2025.
Following the divestiture, HeartCore fully transitioned to its Go IPO consulting business. The company reported a pro forma cash balance of approximately USD 2.5 million after the transaction. For Q3 2025, revenues totaled USD 3.0 million, while nine-month revenues reached USD 7.1 million, with a net loss of USD 1.7 million over the same period. The distribution marked a discrete shareholder return event rather than a recurring dividend program.
