Solowin's report names a Bahrain licence and gives no headquarters, so its fit with the Asia-based theme is not stated and it is described only as reported.

The implied prior close is near $5.69 (calculated), close to the roughly $5.72 split-adjusted equivalent of Wednesday's price (calculated). On roughly 7.84 million shares, the current price implies a market value near US$1.1 million (calculated). The company expects to issue an updated outlook alongside full-year results.
