Fourth-Quarter Math and the January 1 Handover: What Comes Next?

The release gives no separate fourth-quarter outlook. Subtracting nine-month core FFO of $6.37 from the full-year range implies roughly $2.03 to $2.13 for the fourth quarter, a calculated figure rather than company guidance. The earnings call is on Wednesday, October 28, and the president becomes chief executive on January 1, 2027, succeeding the retiring chief executive. Bridge loans of about $1.4 billion and a $0.17 per share dilution from certificate-of-occupancy and value-add stores remain items to track.
