The Fund seeks to have current income. The Funds secondary investment objective is to seek exposure to the share price of the common stock of Moderna, Inc. (MRNA), subject to a limit on potential investment gains. It uses a synthetic covered call strategy to provide income and indirect exposure to the share price.
