How HUTG Works: The Mechanics of the Leverage Shares 2X Long HUT Daily ETF

The Leverage Shares 2X Long HUT Daily ETF (NASDAQ: HUTG) seeks daily investment results, before fees and expenses, corresponding to approximately 200% (2x long) of the daily percentage performance of the common stock of Hut 8 Corp. (NASDAQ: HUT). The fund is designed to provide sophisticated investors and active traders with amplified short-term exposure to HUT through a leveraged ETF structure.

Hut 8 Corp. operates as an energy infrastructure platform combining power, digital infrastructure and large-scale computing capabilities, with Bitcoin mining representing an important component of its business. Consequently, HUT can be sensitive to Bitcoin price movements, cryptocurrency-market sentiment, mining economics, energy costs, network difficulty and broader risk appetite.

The Leverage Shares 2X Long HUT Daily ETF (HUTG) provides leveraged exposure to HUT's daily price movements. If HUT rises 5% on a given trading day, HUTG is designed to gain approximately 10%, before fees, expenses and tracking differences. Conversely, if HUT falls 5%, HUTG is designed to decline approximately 10%.
