The Tradr 2X Long AXTI Daily ETF (Cboe: AXTX) is designed to deliver approximately two times (+200%) the daily performance of AXT, Inc. (Nasdaq: AXTI), before fees and expenses. Launched on April 24, 2026, the fund provides traders with leveraged bullish exposure to AXT without requiring them to purchase the underlying stock directly or trade it on margin. Its leverage resets daily, making it primarily a short-term trading instrument rather than a conventional long-term investment.

AXT, Inc. develops and manufactures compound semiconductor substrate materials used in applications across optical communications, data centers, telecommunications, industrial electronics and other advanced technology markets. Demand for high-speed data transmission, artificial intelligence infrastructure and optical networking can influence investor sentiment toward the company. Its share price may also react to quarterly earnings, customer demand, production trends, margins, capital expenditure and broader semiconductor-sector conditions.

AXTX seeks to amplify AXTI's daily price movements. If AXTI rises 5% in a trading session, AXTX aims to gain approximately 10%, before fees, expenses and tracking differences. Conversely, if AXTI declines 5%, AXTX aims to lose approximately 10%. The fund uses derivatives, including swap agreements and potentially listed options, alongside possible direct investments in AXTI shares to pursue its objective.
