Asure Software Rallies on Third-Quarter Growth and First 2027 Guidance
Asure Software (NASDAQ:ASUR) is trading up 22.34% today at $8.85, following third-quarter results released on October 29, 2026. Revenue rose 10% year over year to $40.0 million, and organic growth was 9%.
Asure provides cloud-based payroll, tax, time and attendance, and Human Capital management software, selling both directly and through a reseller network. Recurring revenue grew 16% to $36.9 million, which made up most of the quarter's sales.
The move also follows the Earnings Call held on October 29, where management said it sees the 2027 outlook, as reflected in guidance, as bright. That outlook is the first full-year view the company has given for 2027.
Margin Gains and a Narrower Loss Stand Out in the Quarter
Gross profit climbed to $27.8 million, a 69.6% margin versus 64.9% a year earlier. On a non-GAAP basis, gross margin reached 75.4% compared with 70.1%.
Adjusted EBITDA rose to $10.5 million, or 26.1% of revenue, from $8.1 million and 22.3% a year ago. The net loss shrank to $0.6 million from $5.4 million, while EBITDA nearly doubled to $7.9 million. Total Assets were $490.8 million, against total liabilities of $293.4 million.
For the first nine months, revenue was $119.9 million, up 18%, and adjusted EBITDA totaled $30.6 million versus $20.7 million. Operating Cash Flow came in at $12.8 million against $10.9 million a year earlier.
New Credit Facility and a Southeastern Payroll Acquisition
In October 2026, Asure closed a payroll processing Acquisition in the southeastern United States for $26.5 million. The Business serves mid-market organizations and adds developed product components.
The company also entered a new credit agreement led by MUFG Bank providing up to $115 million in borrowings. On October 15 it drew $85 million in gross proceeds and used $62.6 million to fully repay its prior MidCap Financial Trust facility.
Cash stood at $16.8 million on September 30, down from $25.2 million at year-end 2025, while notes payable were $64.7 million. Those balances predate the October refinancing and acquisition.
Oracle and AWS Marketplace Channels Support the 2027 Revenue Target
Asure said its Payroll Tax Management product is now available through Oracle (NYSE:ORCL) Marketplace, and that it has a relationship to sell through AWS Marketplace, run by Amazon (NASDAQ:AMZN). It also launched its AsureCentral unified platform to resellers, with the first resellers live in September, and says that channel reaches about three times as many employers as its direct business.
Guidance, which includes the October acquisition, calls for fourth-quarter revenue of $42 million to $44 million and 2026 revenue of $162 million to $164 million. Full-year adjusted EBITDA is guided to $40 million to $42 million, and 2027 revenue to $183 million to $187 million. Fourth-quarter adjusted EBITDA is guided to $10 million to $12 million.
The next checkpoints are the fourth-quarter report and the pace of reseller onboarding. Investors will also track Debt levels after the refinancing, given the larger borrowing facility.
