Visionary Holdings Inc., a technology-driven multinational enterprise listed on Nasdaq (NASDAQ:GV), announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Visionary Health Technology Group Limited, has officially launched its medical-grade stem cell anti-aging product line. The initial rollout will focus on the Chinese mainland and broader Asian markets.
This development follows GV’s earlier entry into the stem cell and medical aesthetics sector and its strategic partnership with Jiangsu Yike Regenerative Medicine Co., Ltd. ("Yike"), under a global technology licensing agreement. The collaboration enables GV to commercialize regenerative medicine technologies through a platform integrating scientific innovation and personalized healthcare.
Core Product Portfolio
GV’s new anti-aging product portfolio comprises three key categories:
- Comprehensive Regenerative Package: The flagship Life Rejuvenation Program combines mesenchymal stem cells, NK cell therapy, and AI-based diagnostics. It is designed for entrepreneurs and high-net-worth individuals seeking advanced regenerative health solutions.
- Precision Repair Package: Focuses on targeted stem cell therapy and DFPP blood purification, catering to clients managing degenerative or chronic conditions.
- Premium Personalized Program: Offers full-genome sequencing, dual-institution medical consultations, and annual health management plans tailored for ultra-high-net-worth clients.
Through these programs, GV integrates Yike’s proprietary regenerative technologies into a suite of personalized anti-aging and cellular rejuvenation solutions. The offerings cover stem cell therapy, NK cell revitalization, AI-based health assessments, and nano-delivery systems.
Commercialization and Expansion Plans
The company’s Asia-Pacific headquarters in Hong Kong will oversee the new line’s rollout, beginning with Hong Kong, Singapore, and the Chinese mainland. GV aims to provide premium, customized health solutions through regionally adapted delivery models.
To accelerate commercialization, GV outlined three key initiatives:
- Establishing a joint venture production and clinical application base for localized manufacturing and validation of stem cell products.
- Developing a cross-border sales and distribution network spanning mainland China, Hong Kong, and Southeast Asia, with plans to expand into Canada, the United States, and Mexico.
- Partnering with premium medical and aesthetic institutions to co-develop branded clinics and anti-aging experience centers.
Management Commentary
“This launch represents a significant milestone in GV’s transition from R&D to commercialization in regenerative medicine,” said the company’s management. “Through the integration of Yike’s stem cell technologies and GV’s AI-based health systems, we are building a scalable model for personalized anti-aging healthcare across Asia.”
