Viomi Technology Co., Ltd. (NASDAQ:VIOT), a technology company specializing in home water solutions in China, announced its unaudited financial results for the six months ended June 30, 2025.
Net revenues for the period reached RMB1,477.6 million (US$206.3 million), a 76.6% increase from RMB836.6 million in the same period last year. Net income attributable to ordinary shareholders was RMB120.4 million (US$16.8 million), up 64.7% year-over-year.
These results reflect Viomi’s continued growth following its August 2024 strategic reorganization, which involved divesting its IoT@Home portfolio products—excluding range hoods, gas stoves, and water heaters. Financial results now reflect the continuing operations of the Company’s core businesses.
Management Commentary on Growth and Strategy
Mr. Xiaoping Chen, Founder and CEO of Viomi, stated: “In the first half of 2025, we sustained our strong growth momentum following our strategic reorganization, achieving another record-high performance in revenue. Our total net revenues reached RMB1.48 billion, representing a year-over-year increase of 76.6%. Our net income reached RMB120.5 million with a net margin of 8.2%. These results underscore the vision and effectiveness of our strategic focus on the home water solutions. We have entered a new stage of high-quality, sustainable growth where we simultaneously grow scale and expand profitability.”
He added: “Amid rising global demand for healthy drinking water, we remain committed to our mission of ‘AI for Better Water.’ We are growing our home water solutions business globally through three key engines: product innovation, market expansion, and brand enhancement. In the first half of the year, revenues from our core business ‘Home Water Systems’ increased by 84.8% year over year, serving as the primary driver of our scale expansion. Operational efficiency also improved significantly.”
Product Innovation Across Global Markets
Viomi introduced several new products tailored to regional markets during the first half of 2025. In North America, the Company launched the MASTER M1, a smart under-sink water purifier with a nine-stage reverse osmosis (RO) system and an AI-powered touchscreen faucet that monitors water quality, usage, and filter life in real time.
The Company’s Vortex series ranked sixth in the under-sink tankless water purifier category on Amazon, receiving favorable user feedback. In Malaysia, Viomi partnered with a leading local distributor to launch the INNO Mineral Water Purifier, featuring a compact design suited to Southeast Asian households.
In China, Viomi introduced the Kunlun 4 Pro AI Alkaline Mineral Water Purifier, which combines AI-based regulation technology and mineralization filters to replicate natural mineral water composition and control pH dynamically.
Outlook
Viomi continues to leverage innovation, efficiency, and global expansion to strengthen its position in the home water solutions sector. The first-half results mark continued progress in scaling its core business and aligning its operations with long-term, sustainable growth objectives.
