Genpact (NYSE: G), a global provider of technology services and solutions, has announced the acquisition of XponentL Data, a company specializing in data products and artificial intelligence (AI) solutions. The acquisition is intended to enhance Genpact’s capabilities in data strategy, engineering, and AI implementation across multiple industry sectors.

XponentL Data contributes specialized domain-led data strategy, design, and engineering skills, along with established industry experience and partnerships with major technology providers. Notably, XponentL is a partner of Databricks and has expertise in leading cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft. The company offers industry- and process-specific data solutions aimed at accelerating business outcomes.

The acquisition aligns with Genpact’s ongoing transition toward AI and advanced technology services. It is expected to strengthen Genpact’s ability to support clients through the entire AI transformation journey from strategic planning to implementation.
