Braze Inc. (Nasdaq: BRZE), a customer engagement technology provider, announced the completion of its acquisition of OfferFit, an AI decisioning company. This follows several years of collaboration between the two firms and aims to integrate OfferFit’s multi-agent decisioning engine into Braze’s Customer Engagement Platform.

The acquisition enables Braze to supplement its real-time, cross-channel platform with OfferFit’s reinforcement learning technology, designed to enhance automation and machine learning-driven personalization.
