Apple Inc. (NASDAQ: AAPL) has announced the opening of its first store in South India, Apple Hebbal, scheduled for September 2, 2025. Located in Bengaluru, the country’s leading technology hub, the new store will be Apple’s third retail outlet in India, joining its existing locations in Mumbai and Delhi.
The store will feature Apple’s complete product portfolio, including the recently launched iPhone 16, MacBook Pro with M4 chips, iPad Air with Apple Pencil Pro, and Apple Watch Series 10. Customers will have access to personalized shopping sessions, Genius Bar technical support, and “Today at Apple” sessions designed to teach creative and practical skills using Apple devices.
Apple stated that Apple Hebbal will be staffed by 70 team members representing 15 Indian states, offering multilingual customer assistance. The store will also provide dedicated business support services for entrepreneurs and small businesses seeking tailored technology solutions.
In a company release, Apple emphasized its sustainability commitments, noting that the new facility operates entirely on renewable energy and maintains carbon neutrality. The company highlighted that this aligns with its broader goal of achieving a net-zero climate impact across its entire business, including supply chain and product lifecycle, by 2030.
“Apple Hebbal brings together our latest products, skilled teams, and community-focused programs to create a meaningful experience for customers in South India,” the company said in its statement.
The launch event on September 2 is expected to attract a large number of customers and technology enthusiasts, with live demonstrations of new devices and workshops scheduled throughout the opening weekend.
