Perficient previously announced it has entered into a definitive agreement to be acquired by an affiliate of BPEA Private Equity Fund VIII ("EQT"), part of EQT AB. As a result of that pending transaction, Perficient will not host an earnings conference call to discuss its Q2 results or provide financial guidance in conjunction with its Q2 earnings release.
