As per the partnership agreement, Anduril UK will be the lead systems integrator, incorporating software-defined mission autonomy, communications, and command-and-control systems. On the other hand, Archer Aviation Inc. (NYSE:ACHR) will provide the Midnight eVTOL platform for civil and defense applications. While this partnership is in line with the UK government’s ambition to lead in advanced air mobility technologies, it marks the entry of Archer Aviation Inc. (NYSE:ACHR) in the UK market.
