Disclosed Risks and 2026 Outlook

Net income of $122 million compared with $247 million in the first quarter; the company attributed the decrease to 6% and 14% lower average realized gold and silver prices, post-acquisition costs applicable to sales at Rainy River and New Afton, and higher exploration and interest expense. Management cited lower than planned grades at Kensington, Rochester and Palmarejo, and slower ramp-ups at New Afton's C-Zone and Rainy River's underground operations. The New Gold purchase price allocation remains preliminary, and $30.2 million of Mexican VAT is due from the Mexican government, subject to an arbitration the company says can be lengthy and unpredictable.

For 2026, Coeur refined its guidance to 630,000 to 750,000 ounces of gold, 18,680 to 21,930 thousand ounces of silver and 40 to 50 million pounds of copper, against previous gold of 680,000 to 815,000 ounces and copper of 50 to 65 million pounds. Capital expenditures are guided to $520 to $605 million, cash income and mining taxes to $350 to $450 million, and the guidance assumes $4,000 per ounce gold, $60.00 per ounce silver and $6.00 per pound copper. Based on the midpoint, the company expects adjusted EBITDA of $2.3 billion and free cash flow of $1.5 billion.
