Nasdaq Extension Through April 26, 2027 Reopens the Bid Price Cure Window

Smart Logistics Global (NASDAQ:SLGB) shares are trading up 67.14% today after the company disclosed on October 29, 2026 that Nasdaq approved a second 180-day period to regain compliance with the minimum bid price requirement. The new deadline is April 26, 2027, and the stock continues to trade on the Nasdaq Capital Market in the meantime.

To cure the deficiency, the shares must close at or above $1.00 for at least ten straight business days. The company said it meets Nasdaq's other listing standards, including the market value of publicly held shares test, and noted that it may consider a Reverse Stock Split if needed.

Reverse Split Authority and Dual-Class Proposals Shape the Compliance Path

The company's proxy statement for its July 10, 2026 annual meeting asked shareholders to authorize a reverse split at a ratio between 1-for-5 and 1-for-100, to be set by the board. The same notice proposed a dual-class share structure, with Class A shares carrying one vote and Class B shares carrying 50 votes.

The original deficiency notice arrived in early May 2026, with the first compliance period running to October 28, 2026. At the time of the proxy, the company had 45 million shares outstanding and a Class A closing price of $0.7097 on June 18, 2026, well above where the stock traded before today's move.

Contract Logistics Operator Reports Shrinking Revenue and a Net Loss

Smart Logistics Global is a Hong Kong-based provider of business-to-business contract logistics in China. Its services include line-haul transport of industrial raw materials, freight storage, truck parking, inspection and maintenance, and parts sales for customers in the paper, steel, coal and food sectors. The company went public in October 2025 and employs about 67 people.

Data providers show trailing revenue of roughly 89.9 million, down 7.3%, and a net loss of about 2.6 million, or 6 cents per share. The figures appear to be reported in Chinese yuan. Based on 45 million shares, the market Capitalization at today's price works out to roughly $15.4 million.

The company has also been widening its footprint. In January 2026 it opened a Northern Supply Chain Center in Xuzhou to complement its southern hub in Jiangxi Province, and in September 2026 it launched a cross-border non-ferrous metals trading platform and completed its first aluminum scrap transaction.

Ten-Day $1.00 Close Test Before April 26, 2027 Is the Next Marker

Today's rally leaves the stock at about a third of the $1.00 threshold, so the extension matters more than the bounce itself. Investors will watch whether the board sets a reverse split ratio, how the dual-class changes are implemented, and whether the metals trading platform adds meaningful revenue ahead of the April 26, 2027 deadline.
