Outlook

The 10-Q does not provide numerical financial guidance for 2026. The filing's forward-looking statements note that actual results may differ from expectations. It notes that the health care contract with United sets participant funding rates 90 days ahead of each quarter, so changes in plan participation and funding rates affect operating cash flows. At June 30, 2026, program costs were less than the net premiums paid and owed to United by $40 million.
