  • Partners with InvestorHub to centralise investor communication on a single platform.
  • Interactive hub will host videos, educational material, interviews and corporate research.
  • Company flags near-term FDA IND submission and clinical topline results later this year.

Immuron Limited (ASX: IMC; NASDAQ: IMRN) has entered a strategic partnership with InvestorHub, a direct-to-investor engagement software provider, as part of a broader effort to streamline communications with shareholders and the investment community. The agreement establishes an interactive investor hub designed to consolidate corporate content, announcements and multimedia in a single, searchable platform.

The new hub will serve as Immuron’s primary digital touchpoint for investor relations, enabling the company to publish video accompaniments to selected announcements, educational material, interview content and corporate research. According to the company, the platform is intended to make disclosures and background information more accessible for existing and prospective investors, while creating a central repository for historical materials and ongoing updates.

The announcement comes at a time when Immuron has signalled a number of near-term operational and regulatory milestones. The company reiterated expectations around the submission and potential approval of an Investigational New Drug (IND) application for IMM-529 with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Immuron also highlighted anticipated topline results from a clinical trial of Travelan® (IMM-124E) being conducted by the Uniformed Services University, both events slated for the remainder of the calendar year.

Chief Executive Officer, Steven Lydeamore, commented: “With several near-term milestones coming up, there has never been a better time to launch an initiative to improve our communication with shareholders and the investment community. During the remainder of this calendar year Immuron anticipates submission and approval by the FDA of IMM-529 Investigational New Drug (IND) submission and topline results released by the Uniformed Services University for the Travelan® (IMM-124E) clinical trial.”

Industry observers will watch how the investor hub is used to disseminate material ahead of regulatory filings and clinical readouts. The centralisation of content could reduce friction for analysts and retail investors seeking primary documents, multimedia explanations, and timely updates from management. For the company, the platform represents a structured channel to host technical documents, webcast recordings, and Q&A content that may accompany material corporate developments.

Immuron stressed that the hub will be regularly updated, with new content uploaded on an ongoing basis. As the company progresses toward the stated regulatory and clinical milestones, the investor hub is expected to supply a clearer and more immediate view of announcements, supporting transparency around timing and the nature of forthcoming data releases.
