DBV Technologies (NASDAQ:DBVT) shares are trading up 12.13% at $10.15 today after the company announced it will participate in two investor conferences in November. The stock sits within a 52-week range of $8.63 to $26.19 and is rebounding from a prior close of $9.05.
DBV Technologies is a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company based in Châtillon, France, with North American operations in Warren, New Jersey. Founded in 2002, it develops non-invasive epicutaneous immunotherapy for food allergies using its proprietary Viaskin patch platform. Its ordinary shares trade on Euronext Paris, and its American depositary shares, each representing five ordinary shares, trade on the Nasdaq Capital Market.
Two November Conferences Put the Viaskin Story in Front of Investors
DBV will take part in a fireside chat at the Guggenheim Securities 3rd Annual Healthcare Innovation Conference in Boston on November 9, with a live webcast on its website and a replay available for 90 days. The company will then hold one-on-one meetings at the 2026 LifeSci Growth and Innovation Summit in London on November 16.
The schedule gives management two opportunities to update investors on its food allergy programs. The company's pipeline includes ongoing Clinical Trials of the Viaskin Peanut patch in toddlers aged 1 through 3 and children aged 4 through 7 with peanut allergy.
Viaskin Peanut Targets Allergy Through the Skin
The Viaskin Peanut patch is designed to introduce microgram amounts of a biologically active compound to the immune system through intact skin. Epicutaneous immunotherapy is a new class of non-invasive treatment that aims to modify the underlying allergy by re-educating the immune system to become desensitized to the allergen.
The lead candidate has completed Phase 3 trials, including the EPITOPE study, which met its primary endpoint with a good safety profile. The company is working toward regulatory re-engagement with the FDA after a prior Complete Response Letter.
Conference Updates and FDA Dialogue Frame the Next Few Weeks
The shares are up sharply but remain far below their 52-week high of $26.19. Investors will listen for commentary on the regulatory path for Viaskin Peanut at the November 9 fireside chat and the London meetings a week later.
