The FDA cleared the Investigational New Drug application for NEXUS-PMR in polymyalgia rheumatica, which the company expects to start by the end of 2026. Torudokimab and crebankitug have completed Phase 1/1b studies, and development approaches are under evaluation with no timelines given.
