Singularity Data Center Pivot: What Do the South Carolina Agreements Include?

On August 20, 2026, the company signed a non-binding strategic framework with Florence Development to assess an AI data center campus of roughly 900 acres in Florence, South Carolina. The binding terms deal with exclusive negotiations, confidentiality, publicity, expenses and governing law. Scope, phasing and commercial terms stay non-binding, and the company has not committed to build or finance the campus. Financing, utility capacity, approvals and due diligence remain open.
