Gamehaus Holdings (NASDAQ:GMHS): a mobile publisher rising from a low base
Gamehaus Holdings (NASDAQ:GMHS), a developer and publisher of mid-core and casual mobile games, rose 6.90% to about USD 0.6351 in early trading on Monday, October 26, 2026. Prices are intraday. The company has not issued a release explaining the move, and its latest update was the unaudited fiscal 2026 results of Tuesday, September 8, 2026. Revenue was USD 104.7 million, down 11.4%, with in-app purchases of USD 94.5 million, and fourth quarter revenue fell 20.8% to USD 24.3 million with an operating loss of USD 0.8 million.
Most revenue comes from in-app purchases, payments made by players inside a game. Average daily active users fell to 509 thousand from 693 thousand, while revenue per daily active user rose to USD 0.547 from USD 0.463, so monetisation partly offset the loss of players. Management plans to run the legacy casual portfolio for cash flow and, from fiscal 2027, to shift resources toward AI-generated content.
The main risk is that a price near USD 0.64 sits below the USD 1.00 minimum bid that the exchange applies, which can lead to a deficiency notice and a reverse split. No notice has been announced by the company. Cash stood at USD 17.6 million on June 30, 2026, and first quarter fiscal 2027 revenue is guided at USD 20 million to USD 23 million.
CTW (NASDAQ:CTW): an anime games platform with a small float
CTW (NASDAQ:CTW), the operator of the G123.jp web-based platform for free-to-play games based on Japanese anime and manga, traded about 11.62% lower at roughly USD 1.75 in early trading, with prices intraday. The company has not issued a release explaining the move. It scheduled its fiscal 2026 results for Thursday, October 15, 2026, and the decline follows that report. The price compares with USD 2.13 on Tuesday, September 29, 2026.
For the first half to Saturday, January 31, 2026, revenue was USD 40.9 million, down 1%, segment profit rose 55% to USD 18.0 million and adjusted EBITDA rose 16% to USD 4.3 million, but the company recorded a net loss of USD 1.2 million. Earnings come mainly from in-game purchases, with a share of revenue paid to the developers whose games the platform hosts. A float of about 2.40 million shares is small against a market capitalisation near USD 132.91 million, so modest volume can move the price by more than 10%.
The main risks are flat revenue, reliance on a few anime licences and Japanese consumer spending, currency effects and liquidity. Seven new games launched in the half, and Kakegurui ALL IN, released on Monday, March 23, 2026, brought the library to 36 titles. Investors should watch the full-year figures and new title launches.
NIP Group (NASDAQ:NIPG): esports turned bitcoin miner, paid in shares
NIP Group (NASDAQ:NIPG), an esports and digital entertainment company that has moved into bitcoin mining, traded about 16.67% lower, near USD 4.00 intraday, on its American depositary shares. The company has not issued a release explaining the move, but recent announcements point to dilution. Shareholders approved on Friday, October 16, 2026 a rise in authorised share capital to 10 billion shares, and on Tuesday, October 20, 2026 the company agreed to buy mining hardware of about 4.47 EH/s for up to 247,091,740 Class A ordinary shares.
Each depositary share has represented 60 Class A shares since Monday, July 6, 2026, so the tranche equals about 4.12 million depositary shares, by simple arithmetic on the published terms. Capacity across three tranches would reach about 13.85 EH/s, supporting roughly 195 bitcoin a month at full deployment, an upper estimate that depends on network hashrate and difficulty and is not a forecast of revenue.
The first risk is dilution, as the authorised ceiling leaves large room for further issuance. The second is delivery and hosting of the hardware. The third is the gap between an esports franchise and a capital-intensive mining business. Investors should watch for closing notices on the third tranche and the next quarterly results.
Game Your Game (NASDAQ:GYGY): golf technology priced far below USD 1.00
Game Your Game (NASDAQ:GYGY), a Palo Alto company that runs the GameGolf performance platform, rose about 8.88% to roughly USD 0.41 in early trading. The company has not issued a release explaining the move. Its latest release before the move, dated Thursday, October 1, 2026, announced attendance at the Maxim Growth Summit in New York from October 12 to October 14, 2026, and it launched the GameGolf KZN AI device commercially on Wednesday, September 23, 2026 at USD 299.99.
Market capitalisation is near USD 6.8 million on a float of about 4.29 million shares, so a few orders can move the price several per cent. The exchange requires a minimum bid of USD 1.00, and 30 consecutive business days below it normally brings a deficiency notice, which the company has not announced.
Management said in a shareholder letter of Thursday, August 20, 2026 that the company is funded for the next twelve months. The risks are listing compliance, dilution and execution on consumer hardware and the new Altus Sports Group business.
Where Things Stand
The answer is that the gaming and esports group trades on thin liquidity, with the direction set by capital structure. Gamehaus Holdings (NASDAQ:GMHS) and Game Your Game (NASDAQ:GYGY) rose from sub-dollar bases, CTW (NASDAQ:CTW) fell 11.62% on a float of about 2.40 million shares, and NIP Group (NASDAQ:NIPG) fell 16.67% as share-funded mining purchases enlarged supply. The next catalysts are the Federal Reserve decision on Wednesday, October 28, 2026, any exchange notice at the two sub-dollar names, closing notices for the NIP Group tranche and the first quarter fiscal 2027 results at Gamehaus. Guidance is an estimate, not a guarantee, and this is not investment advice.
