Jacobs Solutions Inc. (NYSE:J) and Arcadis have been awarded a pivotal contract by the Department of Transport and Main Roads Queensland for the Logan and Gold Coast Faster Rail Project. This initiative is central to Queensland’s long-term transport vision, targeting reduced congestion, greater transit efficiency, and enhanced travel reliability across one of Australia’s fastest-growing corridors. 

The Faster Rail Project is designed to increase capacity between Brisbane and the Gold Coast—two key economic hubs that experience significant commuter volume each day. By upgrading rail infrastructure and implementing new technologies, the project aims to shorten travel times and enable smoother traffic flow across the network.
