Installed Building Products, Inc. (NYSE:IBP), a leading installer of insulation and complementary building products, has acquired Echols Glass & Mirror, Inc. in Georgia and Vanderkoy Bros, LLC in Wisconsin. The two transactions together contribute more than USD 16 million in annual revenue, supporting IBP’s strategy to broaden its geographic footprint and diversify its revenue base across multiple product categories.

Echols, based in Buford, Georgia, operates a wholesale glass design and fabrication division along with a retail installation business. Its product mix includes specialty glass, mirrors, custom closets, bath hardware, and other interior home solutions, serving primarily residential customers throughout the Southeastern United States. The business strengthens IBP’s position in value-added interior finish segments that complement its core insulation operations.

Vanderkoy Bros, headquartered in Wausau, Wisconsin, focuses on the installation of drywall and metal stud framing across a balanced mix of commercial and residential end markets. The company works on both new construction projects and repair or retrofit work, enhancing IBP’s exposure to diverse project types and customer segments in the Upper Midwest.

With these acquisitions, IBP has added approximately USD 55 million in annual revenue year to date in 2025, underscoring the company’s ongoing focus on accretive growth through regional and product-line expansion. The additions of Echols and Vanderkoy are expected to enhance IBP’s revenue diversity, operational scale, and market reach across several high-demand construction categories.
