Harte Hanks (NASDAQ:HHS), a global leader in customer experience solutions, has announced the launch of a new Customer Care center in Greenville, South Carolina, in partnership with Samsung Electronics America, Inc. The facility will deliver customer service and support for Samsung Care, the company’s dedicated service division.
This Greenville location is focused on providing responsive, reliable, and personalized support for Samsung customers. The initiative is expected to create over 150 new jobs, underscoring both companies’ commitment to investing in U.S.-based talent and supporting local employment growth.

Focus on Customer Service and Workforce Development

The Greenville center will operate as a key hub for customer care operations, combining Harte Hanks’ customer engagement expertise with Samsung’s innovation and technology leadership. Employees will assist customers across Samsung’s full range of products, including mobile devices, consumer electronics, home appliances, and enterprise solutions.
Greenville was selected for its skilled workforce, collaborative community, and strong business environment. The new facility marks a long-term investment in the region while expanding Harte Hanks’ footprint across South Carolina.
