Core & Main Inc. (NYSE:CNM) has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Pioneer Supply, a distributor of water, wastewater, and storm drainage products operating in Moore, Oklahoma, and Weatherford, Texas. The transaction adds regional scale to Core & Main’s existing distribution network and extends its reach in two central U.S. states.

Transaction Overview

Founded in 1963, Pioneer Supply serves municipal, residential, and non-residential end-markets. The company began as a small team supplying materials to Oklahoma’s municipal water and sewer systems and has since developed into a multi-state distributor supporting a range of infrastructure needs. Through this agreement, Pioneer Supply will become part of Core & Main’s national platform, which spans more than 370 locations across the United States.
