Key Highlights

  • Youxin Technology (NASDAQ:YAAS) changed hands at USD 0.6001, down 23.02%, in pre-market trading on Wednesday, October 28, 2026, extending a pre-market decline from Tuesday, October 27, 2026. Nothing company-specific dated on or just before the session came with it.
  • Solowin Holdings (NASDAQ:AXG) traded at USD 0.0326, down 18.50%, and SHF Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ:SHFS) at USD 0.1008, down 12.95%. CDT Equity Inc. (NASDAQ:CDT) traded at USD 0.0905, up 13.12%.
  • The four are ordered by the size of the pre-market move. Each has either completed a share consolidation or announced one, which changes the price scale without changing the underlying business.
  • Quotes this low sit below the USD 1.00 Nasdaq minimum bid threshold, so a reverse split is the usual fix. Pre-market prices are thin and can shift before the 9:30 a.m. ET open.

Youxin Technology (NASDAQ:YAAS): two consolidations and a shrinking cash pile

Youxin Technology (NASDAQ:YAAS) is a Guangzhou based provider of cloud software and platform services that helps retailers digitise their operations, and its share count has been consolidated more than once. The record includes a 1-for-80 reverse split on Tuesday, September 30, 2025 and a 1-for-5 consolidation announced on Monday, July 27, 2026, effective Thursday, July 30, 2026. Its latest formal publication is the release of Thursday, August 27, 2026 on results for the six months to March 31, 2026. The drop therefore looks more like thin pre-market trading than a new disclosure, an inference.

Half-year revenue of USD 1,883,254, up from USD 346,013 a year earlier, came with a net loss of USD 1,869,197, or USD 0.20 a share. Consolidation of Celnet Technology Co., Ltd., acquired on Wednesday, October 29, 2025, accounted for most of the growth, the company said. Cash fell to USD 4,552,381 from USD 9,912,327 at September 30, 2025, set against a half-year operating loss of USD 1,874,630, so more equity issuance is a named risk. A non-binding term sheet dated Tuesday, July 14, 2026 contemplates a possible USD 20 million investment for a 10% stake.

Solowin Holdings (NASDAQ:AXG): a 1-for-200 split takes effect on Thursday

Solowin Holdings (NASDAQ:AXG) pairs financial services, stablecoin and fiat trading with AI infrastructure through its AXG Digital unit. Its release of Tuesday, October 27, 2026 announced a 1-for-200 reverse split of Class A and Class B ordinary shares, with split-adjusted trading starting on Thursday, October 29, 2026. The board approved the split on Friday, October 2, 2026, and shareholders approved it on Tuesday, October 13, 2026. Simple arithmetic puts the prior close near USD 0.0400. The quote is on the pre-split basis, and the same arithmetic puts it at about USD 6.52 a share after adjustment.

After the split, Class A shares fall from 201,529,461 to about 1,007,648, with fractional interests rounded up to whole shares. For the year to Tuesday, March 31, 2026 the release of Friday, September 18, 2026 reported revenue of USD 28.05 million, up about 895%, against a net loss of USD 13.29 million, with AI infrastructure about 79% of revenue. A reverse split alters the share count but not the funding needed for the AXG Digital goal of more than 100 MW of capacity by 2028. Named risks include volatility after the split and dependence on non-binding memoranda of understanding.

SHF Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ:SHFS): a reverse split offered as the cure

Trading as Safe Harbor Financial, SHF Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ:SHFS) supplies banking and payment services to the cannabis industry, and it fell after announcing on Monday, October 26, 2026 a non-binding term sheet to combine with Opifex Media, a group of creator-economy businesses. Opifex security holders would receive 85% of fully diluted ownership, leaving existing stakeholders between 12.5% and 17.5%, and the contemplated Opifex valuation is not less than USD 50 million, subject to independent review. Dilution concerns could explain the decline. No announcement dated Tuesday, October 27, 2026 or Wednesday, October 28, 2026 was identified.

Nasdaq granted an extra compliance period to Monday, April 19, 2027 for the USD 1.00 minimum bid price, and the company has framed a reverse split as its remedy. Series B preferred shares are convertible at USD 1.5528, far above the quote. The release of Monday, August 10, 2026 reported second-quarter revenue of about USD 1.93 million, a net loss of USD 1.5 million and cash of USD 5.7 million. Trailing 14-day average deposits were about USD 119.3 million at September 30, 2026, although those figures are unaudited.

CDT Equity Inc. (NASDAQ:CDT): a gain on a post-split quote

Developing and licensing therapeutic assets, CDT Equity Inc. (NASDAQ:CDT) also holds an equity stake in the drug discovery company Sarborg. It was the only riser here, after the release of Tuesday, October 27, 2026 at 8:00 a.m. ET announcing an evaluation agreement with Manoira to test AZD1656 and AZD5904 for animal health products, with a launch planned in the first quarter of 2027. The agreement is an evaluation and not a licence, with no stated financial terms. Because a 1-for-25 reverse stock split took effect on Monday, September 28, 2026, a quote of USD 0.0905 so soon afterwards is unusual and should be handled with care.

Of Sarborg, the company holds 1,290 shares, or 22.7%, which its release of Wednesday, October 14, 2026 valued at about USD 161 million at the latest raise price. That is a company statement tied to a private raise, compared with a market capitalisation of about USD 23.0 million as of Monday, August 31, 2026 and stockholders' equity of about USD 103 million. The cautious view cites the early stage of the evaluation, the private nature of the valuation and the related-party character of the Pep'd arrangement, with bid price compliance and dilution as further risks.

Where Things Stand

A reverse split changes the arithmetic of a quote but not the economics behind it. Youxin Technology (NASDAQ:YAAS) has consolidated twice and still burns cash. Solowin Holdings (NASDAQ:AXG) faces its split-adjusted debut with its funding needs unchanged. SHF Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ:SHFS) must cure its bid price while negotiating a term sheet that would leave existing holders a small stake. CDT Equity Inc. (NASDAQ:CDT) rose on a quote whose scale after its own split is still uncertain.

The next catalysts are the Federal Reserve decision due later on Wednesday, October 28, 2026, split-adjusted trading in Solowin from Thursday, October 29, 2026, and any definitive agreement between SHF Holdings and Opifex Media. Pre-market prices are snapshots that can change, and this is not investment advice.
