AlphaTON Capital Corp (NASDAQ:ATON) announced a definitive agreement with the Midnight Foundation to integrate privacy-preserving AI agents within Telegram, which has an addressable market of one billion monthly active users. The collaboration combines AlphaTON’s Cocoon AI infrastructure with Midnight’s zero-knowledge blockchain to enable fully confidential AI applications.

The partnership marks the first integration of a zero-knowledge blockchain with the Telegram Open Network (TON). The hybrid system allows Telegram users to interact with AI for tasks such as finance, shopping, and customer support, while keeping messages, credentials, and financial data private. Neither AlphaTON, Cocoon AI, Midnight, nor Telegram will access user data, which remains fully owned by users across the integrated stack.

Federated Node Agreement and Revenue Model
The Federated Node Agreement, effective December 30, 2025, legally binds AlphaTON as one of the ten founding nodes for the Midnight network. The contract provides immediate revenue, with monthly compensation for developing the Proof of Concept and providing node services starting in the first quarter after the effective date.

Confidential AI Infrastructure
This initiative builds on AlphaTON’s prior deployment of Cocoon AI, a privacy-focused compute layer for Telegram. The integrated system aims to enable fully vertically integrated AI products with a focus on digital sovereignty, aligning with trends toward decentralized and privacy-conscious technology.

AlphaTON Capital’s activities include network validation and staking operations, development of Telegram-based applications, and investments in TON-based decentralized finance protocols, gaming platforms, and business applications. The company also manages a strategic reserve of digital assets and executes M&A and treasury strategies to generate returns for shareholders.
