Newmark Group, Inc. (NASDAQ:NMRK) has completed the acquisition of RealFoundations, Inc. and its subsidiaries, a Dallas-headquartered professional services firm focused on real estate consulting and managed services. This transaction is aimed at expanding Newmark’s Investor Solutions platform, enhancing its ability to deliver fund and asset management support to institutional clients across the United States, Europe, and the Asia-Pacific region.

The leadership team of RealFoundations will join Newmark under the Newmark RF brand, ensuring operational and service continuity.

RealFoundations Business Overview

RealFoundations provides services such as data management, transaction execution, performance analysis, valuation, and strategic advisory.

Through the acquisition, Newmark gains access to advanced technology solutions, specialized consulting knowledge, and a diversified client network that includes REITs, asset managers, and property owners operating across office, retail, industrial, multifamily, and single-family real estate segments. The RealFoundations team will continue to operate as Newmark RF under the Investor Solutions group, integrating into Newmark’s global managed services framework.

Over the past decade, Newmark has expanded its U.S. Capital Markets presence, increasing market share in investment sales, and commercial and multifamily originations.
