Capital, a global alternative investment firm managing $69 billion in assets, has officially completed its acquisition of Converge Technology Solutions Corp. and announced the integration of Converge with its portfolio company, Mainline Information Systems, LLC. The newly formed entity will operate under a unified brand — Pellera Technologies — marking a major step forward in the enterprise IT solutions space.

A New Tech Leader Is Born

Following the acquisition, Converge and Mainline have been strategically merged to create Pellera Technologies, a premier technology partner for enterprise and mid-market customers. Headquartered in Tallahassee, Florida, Pellera emerges as a formidable force in IT services, with a focus on cybersecurity, cloud computing, digital infrastructure, and artificial intelligence.

The new organization combines deep technical know-how and proven go-to-market strategies to empower clients across critical technology domains. Pro forma revenue for Pellera hit approximately $4 billion in 2024.

Experienced Leadership Driving Innovation

Greg Berard, formerly CEO of Converge, will now lead Pellera as its Chief Executive Officer, bringing extensive experience in driving growth and integration across complex IT environments. Meanwhile, Jeff Dobbelaere, President and CEO of Mainline, will step into the role of President and Chief Operating Officer, ensuring operational synergy and strategic execution.
