Hamilton Lane (NASDAQ:HLNE) has introduced the Hamilton Lane Global Venture Capital and Growth Fund (HLGVG), an evergreen vehicle targeting private venture and growth investments. The fund is available to selected individual investors, advisors, and institutions across Europe, Asia, Latin America, the Middle East, Australia, New Zealand, and Canada.

HLGVG leverages Hamilton Lane’s global venture platform to access disruptive technologies and innovative companies. Structured as an evergreen fund, it provides diversification across vintage years, transaction types, managers, strategies, and geographies, drawing on the firm’s co-investment and secondary market experience.

Access to Private Markets

HLGVG addresses common barriers to entry into private venture and growth markets. The fund also incorporates proprietary data, AI, and technology tools, including Hamilton Lane’s HL Innovations initiative and Cobalt platform.
