The company reported net investment income of USD 0.46 per share andnet incomeof USD 0.19 per share.Net asset valueper share stood at USD 19.28, compared to USD 19.55 as of June 30, 2025. 

Totalinvestmentincome for the quarter was USD 41.4 Mn, versus USD 43.0 Mn in Q2 2025 and USD 51.6 Mn in Q3 2024. Net investment income remained stable at USD 16.9 Mn, consistent with the prior quarter, though lower than USD 23.5 Mn in the same period last year. 

The company recorded net realized losses of USD 5.0 Mn and net unrealized losses of USD 4.8 Mn, resulting in a net increase in net assets from operations of USD 7.1 Mn, or USD 0.19 per share.

During Q3 2025, the company deployed USD 73.9 Mn across seven new portfolio companies and follow-on investments, while total exits, repayments, and sales amounted to USD 86.0 Mn. 

Liquidity and Leverage 

As of quarter-end, Crescent BDC reported USD 27.8 Mn in cash and equivalents and USD 239.8 Mn in available borrowing capacity. The weighted average cost of debt was 5.99%, and thedebt-to-equity ratiostood at 1.23x.
