Yorkville America Equities and Truth Social Funds announced Monday the official relaunch of the Truth Social God Bless America ETF under the YALL ticker on NYSE Arca, the first actively managed fund in Trump Media & Technology Group Corp.'s (NASDAQ: DJT) Truth.Fi financial services suite. Shares fell roughly 1.65% to $8.35 on the session, near their 52-week low range, as the ETF relaunch arrived against a backdrop of significant corporate restructuring and persistent revenue challenges at the parent company.
The relaunch comes as Trump Media is navigating a period of strategic flux. The company recently scrapped its earlier Truth Social spin-off plans, confirmed a Q4 2026 target for its $6 billion merger with TAE Technologies, and withdrew three crypto ETF filings last month. The company reported a net loss of approximately $400.9 million in 2024 and a $712 million net loss in 2025, with the majority of revenue generated through advertising on its platforms despite holding significant cash reserves.
The God Bless America ETF's move into active management expands the Truth Social Funds suite beyond its existing index-tracking products, allowing portfolio manager Adam Curran to make discretionary allocation decisions based on financial analysis and assessments of companies' alignment with the America First investment thesis. Yorkville America brings regulatory infrastructure and capital markets expertise to the partnership, with Tuttle Capital Management serving as sub-adviser and PINE Distributors acting as the fund's distributor.
Truth.Fi represents Trump Media's strategic expansion beyond Truth Social and Truth+ streaming into financial services, targeting investors who seek alignment between their investment choices and their values and political beliefs. The 0.65% expense ratio is competitive within the thematic and actively managed ETF market.
