Sunrise New Energy Co., Ltd. (NASDAQ:EPOW) stated that its subsidiary, Sunrise New Energy Materials Co., Ltd., has entered into a one-year supply agreement with China Sodium Times New Energy Technology Co., Ltd., a lithium battery PACK manufacturer. The contract covers the delivery of 10,000 tons of artificial graphite anode materials over the year, with an estimated total value of approximately USD 29 million.
The arrangement establishes a structured framework for delivering graphite anode materials to support lithium-ion battery production and energy storage requirements. Deliveries will be made throughout the year based on mutually agreed schedules.
