Leishen Energy (NASDAQ:LSE) made its debut at the Abu Dhabi International Petroleum Exhibition & Conference, held from November 3–6, 2025. The company used the event, one of the global energy industry’s leading exhibitions, to highlight its technological capabilities and announce strategic initiatives supporting deeper engagement in the Middle East and broader international expansion.
Leishen conducted multiple high-level meetings and cooperation signings during the exhibition, emphasizing its commitment to strengthening partnerships and advancing its position in key global energy markets.
Strategic Entry into Abu Dhabi
Abu Dhabi has become a focal point for Leishen’s regional strategy. During ADIPEC, the company signed a supply agreement with a major local distributor, marking a key step toward inclusion in the Abu Dhabi National Oil Company’s supplier network.
The agreement encompasses more than equipment supply — it also includes aftermarket services such as maintenance and leasing, designed to provide comprehensive support for regional clients. The development signals Leishen’s commitment to establishing a long-term operational presence in the Middle East’s core energy market.
Expanding Cooperation in Eurasia
On November 4, Leishen’s Chairman met with the CEO and senior leadership of GL Group, the first privately owned group of energy companies in Azerbaijan. The meeting focused on future cooperation opportunities across the Caucasus and Eurasia, particularly in the Azerbaijani and Turkish markets.
This engagement laid out the groundwork for Leishen’s planned entry into these regions, reinforcing its strategy to expand collaborative networks in areas critical to global energy growth.
Strengthened Partnership with Cooper Machinery
A key development at ADIPEC 2025 was the formal upgrade of Leishen’s long-term relationship with U.S.-based Cooper Machinery Services. On November 5, Leishen’s Chairman, Mr. Li, met with Cooper Machinery’s CEO and executive team to announce that Leishen has been authorized to manufacture select Cooper engine models.
Having served as a packager for Cooper in the Chinese market for over ten years, Leishen will now act as an authorized manufacturer for Cooper across both China and the Middle East. The arrangement leverages China’s supply chain capabilities to reduce production costs and delivery times, while also expanding Leishen’s role in providing spare parts and aftermarket services.
Global Expansion Outlook
Leishen’s participation in ADIPEC 2025 marks the start of a new phase in its global growth strategy. The company’s recent agreements and partnerships highlight its continued efforts to strengthen collaboration with international and regional energy leaders while expanding its footprint across emerging and established markets worldwide.
