Updated 2026 outlook and what to watch
Stryker now expects 2026 organic net sales growth of 6.5% to 7.0% and adjusted EPS of $14.80 to $14.90. The sales guidance includes a modestly positive pricing impact, and foreign exchange is expected to be slightly favorable if rates hold near current levels.
Adjusted EPS for the first nine months was $9.81, up from $9.16, so the guidance range implies a fourth quarter of roughly $4.99 to $5.09 on a calculated basis. Management said it expects a solid fourth quarter and good momentum heading into 2027.
