Aehr Test Systems (NASDAQ:AEHR): A Small Company Guiding Much Higher

Aehr Test Systems (NASDAQ:AEHR) reported fiscal first-quarter 2027 results on November 2, 2026, for the quarter ended September 25. Revenue was USD 33.0 million, up 200% from USD 11.0 million and up 75% from USD 18.8 million in the prior quarter. GAAP Net Income was USD 7.2 million against a loss of USD 2.1 million a year earlier. Bookings were USD 46.7 million, a book-to-bill ratio of about 1.4, and effective Backlog was USD 109.3 million. Fiscal 2027 revenue guidance rose to USD 150 million from a range of USD 130 million to USD 150 million, with non-GAAP net income of at least 20% of revenue. Shares rose about 14% after hours and closed up 26.5% on November 3. Aehr is a small company, so a small number of trades can move the price, spreads can be wide and quoted moves can reverse. Management said it sees production potential across more than a dozen customers, a claim that remains to be shown in orders. Revenue depends on a few large customers, and cash fell to USD 105.1 million from USD 116.5 million at May 29, 2026.

Fiserv (NASDAQ:FISV): A Rebound Despite a Writedown

Fiserv (NASDAQ:FISV) reported third-quarter 2026 results on November 3. Adjusted earnings of USD 1.75 a share fell from USD 2.04 a year earlier but beat a single published consensus of USD 1.72. GAAP earnings were a loss of USD 11.17 a share because of a USD 6.45 billion non-cash goodwill impairment, an accounting charge that writes down past acquisitions when expected returns fall. Adjusted revenue of USD 4.85 billion was down 1%. The company affirmed full-year adjusted earnings of USD 7.20 to USD 7.40 a share and organic revenue growth of minus 1% to 0%, raised its Project Elevate savings target to USD 1 billion from USD 500 million and planned USD 500 million of Buybacks in the fourth quarter. The shares closed up 12.46%. The setup was low, since published coverage says the stock plunged by more than 40% in one session on October 29, 2025. Revenue is still shrinking, with nine-month adjusted revenue down 3%, so a single strong session does not repair the trend. The Impairment signals that some acquired businesses are worth less than planned, and cost savings only help if they are not reinvested to defend market share. Cash generation and the buyback are the cleaner signals for holders to watch.

IDEXX Laboratories (NASDAQ:IDXX): A Raise With a Trimmed Margin

IDEXX Laboratories (NASDAQ:IDXX) reported third-quarter results on November 2, 2026. Revenue rose 10% to about USD 1.214 billion against roughly USD 1.19 billion expected, and diluted earnings of USD 4.01 a share rose 18%. Recurring diagnostics revenue in the companion animal group was USD 967 million, up 11%, and the company placed 5,780 premium instruments. Revenue guidance is USD 4.741 billion to USD 4.767 billion, and earnings guidance rose to USD 14.96 to USD 15.16. The full-year operating Margin range of 32.1% to 32.3% is below the 32.3% to 32.5% given in August, so the raise is not across every measure. The shares closed up about 22% at USD 671.64. A published analysis notes that same-store clinical visits fell 1.8%, with price alone keeping some sales growing. After a one-day rise of 22%, expectations are high, and a miss after a long run of beats tends to be punished. Organic revenue growth guidance was lifted to 9.3% to 10.0% from 8.5% to 9.7%, which suggests the beat was not only currency.

Tempus AI (NASDAQ:TEM): Positive Adjusted EBITDA, Thin GAAP Profit

Tempus AI (NASDAQ:TEM) reported third-quarter results on November 2, 2026. Revenue was USD 411.5 million, up 23%, slightly above a consensus near USD 409 million, with diagnostics up 20% to USD 303.5 million and data and applications up 33% to USD 108.1 million. Adjusted EBITDA of USD 25.6 million was the first positive quarter on that measure, and adjusted earnings of USD 0.07 a share compared with an expected loss of USD 0.08. Full-year adjusted EBITDA guidance was maintained at about USD 65 million. The GAAP net loss was USD 14.9 million, according to published coverage, with cash and marketable securities of USD 854.4 million. The shares closed up 8.67%. The figures come from published coverage of the call and release, which could not be matched to the full filing, so they are approximate. A Shareholder vote on November 30 is a further catalyst, and Tempus AI (NASDAQ:TEM) must keep adjusted EBITDA positive for the guide to hold. Data revenue depends on a few large pharmaceutical customers, and reimbursement and regulatory decisions for tests are a swing factor. Acquisitions add integration risk, and the pending deal would add a Business that must be absorbed.

Where Things Stand

The most credible raise on the evidence is IDEXX's, because it comes with a revenue beat, a stated prior range and rising instrument placements, though its margin range was trimmed. Aehr's raise is large relative to its size, which makes it the most volatile. Fiserv affirmed rather than raised its earnings range, and its stock rebounded from a low base despite a USD 6.45 billion writedown. Tempus raised revenue guidance and turned adjusted EBITDA positive but still reports a GAAP loss. Aehr Test Systems (NASDAQ:AEHR) carries real risk of Reversal because of its small size, and Fiserv also could give back its gain, and none of these moves is a forecast.
