Metrics to Track in Coming Reports

The quarter leaves several concrete markers. Same-unit revenue growth of 0.6% against operating margin of 13.0% frames whether expense growth keeps outpacing revenue, as it did in the third quarter. Transformational and restructuring expenses of USD 6.1 million, tied to position eliminations and revenue cycle transition work, are a second line to follow.

Capital items include the USD 21.5 million left under the repurchase authorization, the USD 178.1 million Term A Loan balance, and the USD 400.0 million of 2030 Notes, whose Fair Value stood at USD 386.0 million. The nine month adjusted EBITDA of USD 220.1 million offers a running base for annual comparison.
