The loss per share attributable to common shares was USD 4.26.

Segments and Costs
Content and Ad Measurement revenue fell 14.4%, or 2.1% on a pro forma basis, because of lower syndicated audience revenue, tied mainly to the Movies divestiture, and lower syndicated digital products. Cross-Platform revenue was flat, as lower usage in Proximic was offset by new business in CCM. Research and Insight Solutions revenue fell 13.9% on fewer renewals and fewer deliveries of certain custom digital products.
Core operating expenses, covering cost of revenues, sales and marketing, Research and Development and general and administrative expenses, were USD 79.6 million, down 8.0% from USD 86.6 million on lower employee compensation, data costs and facilities expense. Adjusted EBITDA was USD 5.8 million against USD 11.0 million, with margins of 7.6% and 12.4%. Chief Executive Officer Matt McLaughlin said the new transformational ROI strategy realigns the business and cost structure, and that the team achieved cost savings in the quarter.
Cash, Debt and Guidance
Quarterly cash payments included USD 3.0 million for restructuring and USD 1.9 million of strategic transaction costs, mainly for the Movies divestiture. The company's only debt obligations were finance leases on equipment, after it repaid its senior secured Credit Facility in May 2026.
The chief financial officer said the outlook for 2026 is unchanged, with revenue of USD 315 million to USD 325 million and an adjusted EBITDA Margin in the low-to-mid single digits. The realignment plan targets USD 20 million to USD 25 million of annual run-rate cost savings, part of which is to be used to execute the ROI strategy and invest in growth opportunities in 2027.
Cash, cash equivalents and restricted cash totaled USD 19.5 million at September 30, 2026, against USD 29.9 million a year earlier.
