Safety Shot, Inc. (Nasdaq: SHOT) announced that its acquisition partner, Yerbaé Brands Corp. (TSX-V: YERB.U; OTCQX: YERBF), has entered a strategic distribution agreement with Guckenheimer, a national food service operator. Guckenheimer operates over 480 market and café locations across 34 states, serving corporate clients such as Google, Texas Instruments, and Duolingo. This partnership extends Yerbaé’s presence in corporate dining, delivering plant-based functional beverages to workplaces across the U.S.

Yerbaé’s beverage lineup featured in this agreement includes its 12-ounce energy drinks available in Mango Passionfruit, Watermelon Strawberry, Black Cherry Pineapple, Raspberry Sorbet, and Peachy Mimosa Twist flavors. Guckenheimer will also distribute Yerbaé’s original unsweetened seltzer flavors, including Açaí Blueberry, Orange Cherry Pineapple, and Pomegranate Berry.

To facilitate efficient product delivery, Vistar, a division of Performance Food Group, will utilize its network of 18 strategically located distribution centers. This infrastructure is expected to streamline supply chain logistics, ensuring timely availability of Yerbaé products at Guckenheimer sites nationwide.

Founded in 2017, Yerbaé Brands Corp. focuses on plant-based functional beverages made with yerba mate—a South American herb rich in vitamins, minerals, and caffeine. Yerbaé’s products are formulated to be zero sugar, zero calorie, non-GMO, and gluten-free, targeting wellness-oriented consumers.

The partnership with Guckenheimer marks an expansion in Yerbaé’s distribution footprint, potentially supporting broader market access for Safety Shot, pending the closing of their proposed acquisition transaction.
