DPS Adjusted

Updated on August 29, 2023

DPS Adjusted is a term used for Dividend Per Share (DPS) adjusted by a dilution factor to take into consideration issues and reconstructions.

Dividend Per Share can be calculated by dividing the aggregate amount of dividend issued by a firm over a certain time period by the number of ordinary shares outstanding. Investors use DPS to calculate their dividend payments from holding shares of a stock over time.
